US Environmental Health Program (EHP)
EHP provides assistance to USAID overseas missions with programs to improve environmental conditions and reduce people's exposure to disease agents. On the community and household level, this means improving sanitation and water supply and communal, domestic, and personal hygiene; and reducing indoor air pollution from smoky cooking fires.
