Follow a self-build domestic biogas digester project in Portugal

Motivated by a desire to reduce GHG emissions and to test biogas as a viable domestic fuel in the humanitarian context, Magnus Wolfe-Murray and his family are building a digester to convert kitchen waste and sewage to biogas for cooking. The brick and concrete fixed dome digester is based on a design that has been widely used in Nepal.
