| Description | A review has been carried conducted of technical literature pertinent to a stove optimisation project. Subjects covered include: stove test procedures for both efficiency and emissions performance, general findings concerning stove design; modeling techniques, with special attention given to , wood combustion and convective and radiative heat transfer; and a summary of the many stove optimization programs from all over the world, and the key engineering methods have been highlighted.
