| Description | It is now clear that there is a severe household energy crisis in many parts of the third world countries and urgent measures need to be taken by the governmental and non governmental organizations as well as other concerned parties to address these problems. Household energy efficiency improvement through introduction of improved stoves had remained one of the solutions by governments in their effort to reduce the demand supply gap of biomass fuels.
