Patrick Balla

I am 28 years old, currently working with Practical Action-EA. I am trained in International Environmental Sciences and also in Energy Economics. My career life has been in energy and environment. I previously worked with UNEP Risoe Center for energy, climate and Sustainable Development to research on energy related themes in Africa. I am also involved in part-time consultacy in energy and development and I am a member of SPARKNET, AFREPREN and Solarnet.
