Working on policy issues regarding the CDM and the Kyoto Protocol in the context of non-renewable biomass. THis includes methodology submissions to the CDM Executive Board, co-organization of seminars with FAO, and collaboration with World Bank, IETA and other organizations.

Other relevant work includes coordination function of IPCC reports on LULUCF (IPCC Special Report LULUCF 2000, Good Practice Guidance for National GHG Inventories 2003, etc.), and coordination of IEA BIoenergy Task38 (www.joanneum.at/iea-bioenergy-task38).
