Biomass Briquetting manufacturer, supplier, exporter
[top] [end]Biomass Briquetting Machine manufacturers, supplier, exporters companyHi-Tech Agro Projects (P) Ltd. is a reputed Indian company and has been engaged in manufacturing and marketing of Biomass Briquetting & Municipal Solid Waste Processing Plant & Machinery since 20 years.More than 200 nos. of Briquetting machines have been supplied by the company in India and Overseas. Our company is approved list of Suppliers in IREDA Ltd. (A Govt. of India's leading Financial Institution).Biomass Briquetting :Every year millions of tons of agricultural wastes are generated which are either destroyed or burnt inefficiently in loose form causing air pollution. Handling and transportation of these materials is difficult due to low bulk density. These wastes can provide a renewable source of energy by converting into high density - fuel briquettes without addition of any binder. [top] [end]ConceptThe process of " BRIQUETTING " is the physical transformation of theloose raw material into high density fuel briquettes through a compactly compressed unit. The form change results in a much higher specific density of the material which increases its combustion efficiency as compressed to the loose material.Energy is the key factor in economic development of the country. By the turn of the century our requirement of energy will increase rapidly. it is expected that approximately 450 million tons of coal, 80 million tons of crude oil and 150 tons of fire wood will be required at that time to meet the domestic demand. It is unlikely that we can meet the requirement of fire wood or coal if we have to stop the already deteriorating ecology. Results of fossil fuels are also limited, which has resulted in the universal recognition of the need to tap energy from non-conventional sources. The Agricultural and Forest Wastes and Residue can be converted intofuel briquettes i.e. " BIOCOAL ".[top] [end]Briquettes-the cheapest fuelBriquettes produced from briquetting of biomass are fairly good substitute for coal, lignite, firewood and offer numerous advantages:-
[top] [end]What can be briquettedAlmost any biomass can be briquetted. Briquetting plants set so far in India are using Saw Dust, Bamboo dust, Bagasse, Cotton Stalk, Coffee husk, Groundnut Shell,Mustard Husk/Stalk, Pine Needles, Rice Husk, Sugar Mill Waste, Jute waste, Coir pith and other wastes & residues like Castor Shell, Red Gram Stalk, Tobacco stem, Tea Waste, Sander Dust, Tree Bark, Wild Grasses & Shrubs and Sander dust etc. can be also be briquetted individually or in combination WITHOUT USING ANY BINDER.[top] [end]Where to SaleThe demand for briquettes is created whenever a new briquetting plant is setup in any new area and prospective users come to know about briquettes and their availability. Common users are brick kilns and mills and factories having boilers or air heating requirements.Refrences of our overseas clients :
