Dear PCIA Partners,

We have published the 21st issue of the PCIA Bulletin!

We are pleased to share with you this issue of the Bulletin, which covers the topic of Stove Testing Protocols, Facilities and Standards Development. It provides an overview of the history and current status of stove performance testing protocols, highlights regional stove testing facilities, and addresses international efforts in standards development. Along with this Bulletin we have posted on our website the revised WBT (Version 4) presented by the ETHOS subcommittee led by Tami Bond. This will be available for public comment until December 18, 2009 at: www.pciaonline.org/testing/wbtcomment.

We hope the PCIA Bulletin will be an important source of information for PCIA Partners and others working to improve the lives of millions of women and children worldwide. We encourage you to submit updates on your work, announcements of new resources of interest to this community, and feedback on what information would be most useful and interesting for you to receive through the Bulletin.

The submission deadline for Issue 22, the theme of which will be solar cooking, is November 16, 2009. To view previous issues of the Bulletin, please visit www.pciaonline.org/bulletin.
