Construction method: Designed to produce consistent quality of char for research purposes, the Laboratory Gasifier and Char Study Unit is different from other LuciaStove in that each is machined from higher grade stainless steel and cast iron components. This allows for long life, consistent reproducible gas and char qualities, and makes it less vulnerable to intense heat that some studies may create. Fuel addition is Top fill. Not batch driven.
