British citizen, resident in Kenya, with a background in Geography and expeditioning. Director of Chardust Ltd, a Kenyan briquetting company. Also a freelance consultant in energy and natural resources, working for organisations such as CARE, GTZ and UNHCR. Run a second company importing methanol gel fuel to Kenya, which is sold to upmarket hotels for chafing dishes (sales approx. 0.5 t./mth.). Also manufacture fuel-saving woodstoves of the "Bellerive" design for institutions in E.Africa such as schools and hospitals.
