About | Why Energy? | Trustees

"HEDON is the oldest and most active grassroots network dealing with household energy and improved stoves."

HEDON is based on the knowledge and wisdom of many hundreds of practitioners. Communication is an essential and often overlooked aspect of project work. By disseminating findings from a project in a network, the knowledge impact can be increased to all those organisations belonging to it, and can prevent duplication of effort in an area where so much needs to be done.

HEDON currently numbers over 4,000 active members with diverse backgrounds including: practitioners, policy-makers, funders, business owners, researchers, academics and students.

Here listed are the organisations with whom HEDON are working and collaborating with on a range of projects to broaden the reach of household energy knowledge.
