  • GVEP knowledge base on Monitoring and Evaluation of Energy for Development pages of GVEP International
  • DEA project. DEA was a 30-month project (May 2005 - Oct. 2007) funded by the European Commission under its COOPENER programme, and co-financed by the Danish Government through the UNEP Risø Centre and the Netherlands Government through ECN. The principal aims of the DEA project were: (i) to identify and examine the developmental impacts of energy innovations and actions linked to improving energy access and poverty alleviation, and (ii) to use the information obtained to improve on-going and future energy interventions through the energy policy makers and institutions in the countries concerned. Website contains many useful reports.
