User guide: Change or retrieve password

If you have forgotten or lost your password then this facility allows you to request a reminder of your password.

1. Begin at the home page - go to the Community Login area where you would normally login.

2. Just below the login fields 'Lost password?' is highlighted in blue text, click on the text.



3. You will enter a page titled 'Retrieving lost password'.

4. To use this facility fill in the email address you are looking for and click on 'Find'. A reminder of your password will be sent to your email address.



5. If your email address has changed then you will need to contact Grant - grant@... direct by email.

1. Login at the Home page.

2. At the 'User centre' in 'User actions' click on the option to 'change password'.



3. You will be asked to enter your new password twice, click on 'update' to confirm your change of password.



4. Your new password is now ready to use for all future logins.
