Ethiopia: food security, health care, energy supply and improvement of the situation of women. In addition funding is provided for projects of international organisations (e.g. UNIDO) and for support of education.Uganda: Expansion of water supply and sanitation systems. Rural areas: decentralisation and reform of public administration, support of human rights organisations, combating corruption and promotion of micro and small enterprises.
