3 week training programme on "Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency"

Eligibility: The participants should have to hold a minimum Bachelors degree either in Engineering (BE) or in Technology (B Tech).

Advantages of attending the course:

  • Increased understanding of various dimensions of energy efficient technologies, biotechnology and sustainable development.
  • Dissemination of practical knowledge to the participants on energy efficient technologies and pillars of sustainable development facilitated through field visits.
  • Wider exposure to India as the course lectures are complemented by study tours.

It should be noted that these training programmes are being organized as a part of ITEC (Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation)/SCAAP (Special Commonwealth Assistance for Africa Programme) of Govt of India. Therefore participants are invited from African countries and other ITEC developing countries.

Therefore Indian participants are not accepted to these ITEC training programme.
