GTZ Probec are requesting proposals for a Baseline study determining consumer behaviour with regard to kitchen management and efficient cooking habits in South Africa - deadline 10 April 2008 The Programme for Biomass Energy Conservation (ProBEC) is a GTZ implemented SADC programme funded by Germany and the Dutch Government. The Programme is currently operating in 7 of the SADC countries, with the aim to reduce biomass derived energy consumption and expenditure, particularly by low-income households. | |
