ICREP 25th Anniversary!

The International Course on Rural Energy Planning (ICREP) is celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2008. The ICREP is a joint initiative of the University of Twente (UT) and the ITC. On 10 April 2008 a special symposium will be held which will examine the question of how capacity building in the energy sector has changed over the last 25 years.
